You will support the Lead Data Privacy Counsel in the operationalization of data protection strategy, collaborate closely with the Enterprise Security team, and help ensure the company meets its legal, regulatory, and ethical obligations around personal data.

You will work at the intersection of law, technology, and operations, owning key documentation, maintaining compliance systems, and enabling privacy-by-design across departments.

Your Tasks:

  • Coordinate and document DPIAs, TIAs, and other privacy assessments

  • Support creation of privacy policies, internal guidance, and training content

  • Monitor compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy, and other regulations, including audits and data subject request processes

  • Track regulatory developments and support risk assessments, reporting, and incident response workflows

  • Define and implement privacy management tooling, automation, and documentation to ensure audit and certification readiness

What you offer us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Business, or IT; CIPP/E, CIPM, or similar certifications are a strong plus

  • 3+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or legal operations—preferably in a tech-driven or regulated industry

  • Solid understanding of GDPR, privacy governance, and adjacent regulatory frameworks (e.g., AI Act, DSA)

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Security, IT, Product, Marketing or Data teams

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills; ability to translate legal concepts into operational practice

  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).

What we offer:

  • A modern, dynamic culture grounded in the success of a leading-edge e-commerce company.

  • A talented team of ambitious, like-minded colleagues where your knowledge and ideas truly make an impact.

  • Ongoing personal growth, supported by our product-focused organization and an annual development budget of €1,500 to invest in your professional development.

  • Trust and autonomy, no micromanagement, just confidence in your ability to deliver and excel.

  • Flexible work options with a hybrid setup focused on results, offering the freedom to work where and how you’re most productive.

  • Generous time off: enjoy unlimited vacation days in addition to your 30-day vacation allowance, with the opportunity for workations abroad using our WorkFlex tool.
