Data Privacy, Data Ethics and Governance
This module introduces students to the key concepts of data privacy. Topics include data privacy definitions and issues, methods of protecting privacy of data. It will help students understand what is currently happening in this space and how technology can be utilised to protect the privacy of sensitive personal data. Students will also learn how to formulate their organisation’s code of ethics and establish systems and processes to ensure adherence to professional, legal, and ethical requirements for data usage
Job Requirements:
A Ph.D or Master's Degree in related discipline from a reputable university
-5 years of relevant work experience in the domain area
-At least 2 years of relevant online teaching experience at the tertiary level
-Familiar with learning management systems and online learning tools
-Strong interpersonal, presentation and written and verbal communication skills
-Experience working or teaching in a multicultural or diverse environment is highly preferred
